CAN I BUY A TICKET AT THE EVENT?

If there are any available, but generally this event sells out weeks ahead of time.

WHAT IF I LOSE MY TICKET, OR CAN’T COME?

The good news is that, even if you don’t have a copy of the purchase confirmation/receipt email, we will have your purchase on record.

Anyway, the first place to look would be in your email inbox. All receipts are automatically sent there. (You can search “BetterWorld” or “messages@betterworld.org“).

Refunds are not offered,  but tickets are transferable to another person.

The events at Fess Parker and Vega are ticketed by those wineries, so you would need to contact them.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

The Grand Tasting is for those 21 per requirements/law by Alcohol Beverage Control. No children or infants are allowed to attend any festival event for the safety of all parties.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.

PARKING & DIRECTIONS

There is plenty of parking at Zaca Creek, Fess Parker and Vega Vineyards. However there is no guest parking at 27 Vines. Rather, you’ll park at the Presbyterian Church just 10 minutes away and be transported to the Grand Tasting at 27 Vines.

CHARITY

This year we have two really worthy beneficiaries, and it is our honor and pleasure to support them.

The Nature Track Foundation provide opportunities to embrace the natural world with respect and wonder, offering free, docent-led K–12 field trips, and monthly beach and trail events for wheelchair users using motorized Freedom Trax units which we also lend out. They will have Trax available for our Grand Tasting.

A nomination from our culinary side brought us to Mo’s to Go. They are  a fully inclusive scratch kitchen where 100% of your order supports people with disabilities. They employ a team of dedicated and diverse team members that look forward to making and serving you with quality food platters, perfect for any event!  Mo’s To-Go is under the family of services of non-profit organization, Momentum WORK, Inc.
